(Fayetteville, Arkansas) - Josh Duggar filed notice that he is appealing a federal judge's refusal to allow his motion to vacate his child porn sentence to move forward. The former reality star had sought to vacate his sentence in federal prison for possessing videos and images of child sexual abuse, but the preliminary issue was whether Duggar got his motion in the prison mail before last year's June 24 filing deadline.
