(East Palestine, Ohio) - 49ers owner John "Jed" York was arrested in his native Ohio on Sunday on one charge of "engaging in prostitution" and another charge of "possessing criminal tools." York pleaded no contest Monday morning to misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and possessing criminal tools. York was named CEO of the franchise in 2008, which has been owned by the family since 1977.
