Man Allegedly Mails Used Condoms To District Judges
(Wernersville, Pennsylvania) - A man was arrested after he allegedly mailed used condoms to several magisterial district judges and a doctor in Monroe County in retaliation for how a prior case was handled. Ethan Rundle, 33, was arrested and faces several charges, including retaliation against a judicial official and stalking. He called the letters "hits," and said, "if anyone was doing their job, those hits wouldn't have happened."
