(Los Angeles, Calif.) - Less than a week after Paula Abdul accused Nigel Lythgoe of sexually assaulting her twice over the past 20 years, he has been hit with another suit. The former "So You Think You Can Dance" judge, 74, was accused of negligence, sexual assault battery, sexual harassment, and intentional infliction of emotional distress by two contestants of the 2003 all-female reality competition show All American Girl.
