(Indianapolis, Indiana) - Jared Fogle, aka the Subway guy, is currently trying to appeal his 15-year sentence after pleading guilty to child porn charges by having the judge assigned to his case removed because she was a mother with two teenage daughters, which Fogle claims made her biased against him. Fogle's latest attempt to get an earlier release date failed, after his motion to dismiss Judge Tanya Walton Pratt.
