11th Circuit Upholds Ruling Killing Strip Club Lawsuit
(Chamblee, Georgia) - The U.S. Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of the city of Chamblee, Georgia, affirming a lower district court decision to dismiss a lawsuit filed by the parent company of a strip club that sued city officials over ordinance violations. The decision to throw out the case was appealed to the Eleventh Circuit. After years of pending litigation, a panel of three judges affirmed the district court's ruling.
