Ohio's Age Verification Law For Porn Begins Tuesday
(Columbus, Ohio) - Starting September 30, anyone looking to access online porn in Ohio will have to prove they're 18 or older by digitally uploading a government-issued ID or another identifying document. Age verification was attached to the appropriations bill, House Bill (HB) 96, which was signed into law by Republican Governor Mike DeWine on July 2, 2025, as previously reported.
